Gold Membership $1250/year or $120/month
Gold members will receive:
- concierge physician services for themselves and their immediate family members. These services include office visits for general medical evaluation, telephone consultations, prescription refills, lab and radiology reviews.
- 10% discount on all services offered by Moosally Medical and Home of Beauty
- visits which require additional interventions will incur additional charges to be discussed up front
- 10% discount on Steeltown Athletics memberships
Silver membership $1000/year or $100/month
Silver members will receive:
- concierge physician services for themselves. These services include office visits for general medical evaluation, telephone consultations, prescription refills, lab and radiology reviews.
